Lasers

    The laser is one of the most important components in a complete laser light show system. Depending on the type of laser used, power output ranges from 2mw to 40 W are commonly used. To generate the full spectrum of colors, a set of mixed gas lasers (red/green/blue) is commonly used with power outputs of up to 10 W. With power levels up to 50 W, argon(green/blue) and krypton(red) lasers are often used together to produce white light. In these configurations, all colors of the visible spectrum are available and can be used with PCAOM's (PolyChromaticAcoustoOptic Modulator) of other modulating devices for full use the possible RGB color combinations.
